Interested in hosting a screening or more? The glimpses of a future /experience/ is a curated gathering of minds and bodies to create agency in our future. In light of the current circumstances and the unpredictability of everything, producing and sustaining quality work has indeed become more challenging, especially in the cultural and creative industries.

So we designed 3 modules to create room for customization and allow for a curated experience depending on your audience, participants, and theme. We’ll help you decide on one, a combination of two, or all three modules - whichever fits your objectives best.

 

  • A screening: of our glimpses of a future Season 1 -  Yaraqa’s short docuseries of 8 episodes created by artists and industry experts around the world while social-distancing (and most without knowing each other!)

  • A panel discussion: with a selection of our Season 1 collaborators to share research, case studies, personal experiences and insights from different geographic and cultural perspectives (Lebanon, France, Iran, Jordan, Syria, Tunisia, USA and more)  related to (reimagining) the future of creative production.

  • A workshop: with participants to explore a reimagining of their future, based on Yaraqa’s process of creating glimpses of a future: from visualisation to embodiment.
